Mature pineapple, pear fruit with mouthwatering tructure. It’s a
little off dry with excellent length.
Gewurtztraminer
‘01 Pierre Sparr Reserve – Alsace (France) 7 $35
Chances are that you’ve never tried a Gewertz, and you should. It’s
exotic lychee fruit and rose petal nose are beautiful and it’s a
fruity, off-dry wine.

The HotHouse line
of wines are VQA calibre & made and bottled exclusively for us by
Stoney Ridge in Niagara. The white is a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling,
and Gewurtztraminer. It is fresh, crisp and medium-bodied, with a nice
finish. The red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and
Baco Noir. It is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a medium length.
