Reisling ’89 von Kesselstat – Mosel (Germany) $43
Mature pineapple, pear fruit with mouthwatering tructure. It’s a little off dry with excellent length.

Gewurtztraminer ‘01 Pierre Sparr Reserve – Alsace (France) 7 $35
Chances are that you’ve never tried a Gewertz, and you should. It’s exotic lychee fruit and rose petal nose are beautiful and it’s a fruity, off-dry wine.

Chardonnay ‘02 Penfolds “Thomas Hyland” – S. E. Australia $35
Supple, oaky, and creamy, Wine Spectator gave this a “90”.

Chardonnay VQA ‘01 Daniel Lenko – Niagara $40

Chardonnay ‘01 Castle Rock – Central Coast (California) $35
A great New World Chard – lots of tropical and tree fruit, vanilla, and a long, long finish of apple and spice.

From a small boutique winery comes this multiple award winner with a heady scent of flowers and citrus, and a delicious medley of flavours. This wine is off-dry.

The HotHouse line of wines are VQA calibre & made and bottled exclusively for us by Stoney Ridge in Niagara. The white is a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, and Gewurtztraminer. It is fresh, crisp and medium-bodied, with a nice finish. The red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Baco Noir. It is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a medium length.
